A real bonus of the show this year was the expansion to the downstairs hall. This gave us more space, and the MAFVA zone was set up next to the competitions. As well as collecting as many re-subs as possible, and saving some postage on Tankette, there were displays from several branches, including modern 144th vehicles and an archive of SdKfz 251s, showing not only the huge number of variants, but also how the various kit offerings shape up to each other. and to the originals - for there was also a big folder of photographs and drawings to whet the modeling appetite. |

Preparing for the presentation of the prizes.
We are very grateful to all those, mainly MAFVA members, and some from
Gravesham Model Club, and some traders, who undertook the
thankless task of judging the competition.
